1.Returns for store credit must meet these requirements:
NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed. STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR 30 DAYS! Items purchased from JUST KIM’S XQUISITE’ are eligible for store credit within 3 days after delivery confirmation.
 
NON RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE RETURNED
 
 2.Sale items, Discounted items, Swimwear, Lingerie, Formal dresses, Bodysuits, Accessories and items marked FINAL SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit! NO EXCEPTIONS!
No changes may be made once an order has been placed!

3.Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached including any hangtags attached. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale! Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

5.Please be careful of makeup or
deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Also, oil perfume.
 It will not be accepted!
6.We deserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of smoke and fragrances.You will be notified and items will be shipped back to you!
7. Customers is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to 
JUST KIM’S XQUISITE’.
8.SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
JUST KIM’S XQUISITE diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoking and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, THE BUYER WILL NOT RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT!
9. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE THAT DOES NOT MEET OUR  REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, THE SMELL OF FRAGRANCES AND SMOKE!
10. WE are not responsible for lost or stolen items!
11. All packages must have a signed signature at time of delivery!
12. If not home at time of delivery package can be picked up from delivery service.
13. If package is returned back to Just Kim’s Xquisite you are responsible for shipping the item back to you!

 

 
   : NOTIFICATION OF A RETURN
We will send you an email when your return packaged is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit to the boutique is issued. you will receive a confirmation email.
: Please include your original packaging slip so we know who you are. If you misplaced your packaging slip no worries you may in close a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you’ve requested for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued via email.
